    Our metallurgical microscopes are engineered for the rigorous examination of opaque, highly reflective, or solid material specimens. Utilizing high-intensity epi-illumination (reflected light), these instruments deliver bright, glare-free vertical illumination through the objective lens onto the sample surface. This enables clear visualization of critical microstructural details – including grain morphology, phase distribution, porosity, inclusions, cracks, and coating integrity – without requiring destructive sample preparation such as thin-sectioning.

    Featuring infinity-corrected optical systems with plan apochromatic objectives (5x-100x) and long working distances, our microscopes ensure high-resolution imaging across large, uneven, or heat-treated samples. Standard configurations include brightfield, darkfield, and polarized light modes, with options for Nomarski DIC (Differential Interference Contrast) to enhance topographical contrast.

    Robust mechanical stages (XYZ translation), ergonomic heads (trinocular/ binocular), and integrated digital camera ports support seamless documentation and analysis.
