Constant-Temperature Incubator
Features
Microcomputer-based smart temperature controller.
LCD displays the set temperature and the temperature inside the box. It has parameter memory for protection against power outages, freezes, and data loss, and a call recovery function. It has over-temperature, sensor failure, electricity leakage, over-current protection, sound and light alarm functions, and a timing function.
Separate temperature limiting and alarming system, automatic suspension in time of exceeding temperature limit (optional).
UV sterilizing system (optional).
Capable of being connected with printer or computer, recording variations of temperature parameters (optional).
Double door (optional).

Classic Applications of Incubators
1、Cell Culture & Tissue Growth
Maintain controlled environments (temperature, CO₂, humidity) for culturing cells, tissues, or microorganisms in biological research and biotechnology.
Example: Lab incubators support studies on cell proliferation, drug testing, and tissue engineering.
2、Microbial Research
Optimize conditions for bacterial, fungal, or algal growth in microbiology and fermentation processes.
Used in pharmaceuticals, food safety testing, and synthetic biology (e.g., microbial cell factories).
3、Embryo Development & Hatchery
Incubate eggs (chicken, reptiles, etc.) by regulating temperature, humidity, and airflow to ensure successful hatching.
Critical in agriculture, poultry farming, and wildlife conservation.
4、Medical Diagnostics
Support microbiological tests (e.g., bacterial cultures) and serological assays (e.g., antigen-antibody reactions) in clinical labs.
5、Industrial Biotechnology
Scale-up microbial fermentation processes for biofuel, enzyme, or biopharmaceutical production.
Example: Incubators control conditions for yeast or bacterial cultures in industrial reactors.
6、Environmental Studies
Simulate ecological conditions to study microbial communities, plant growth, or pollutant degradation in controlled settings.
